Hello everyone. On Saturday we pick up our 2018 Bulet 277BHS. We are excited. We looked at the Coleman 2855BH but since we are pulling with a 2014 Yukon XL Denali we thought better to go with the bullet which is around 500lbs less on the dry weight.

We are trading in our 2007 Rockwood Roo 21SS which has served us well but with 4 little ones we have definitely outgrown it.

Any tips would be appreciated. I have most everything I need already except I need to figure out dealing with the 2nd grey tank. I'm thinking using a separate hose from the 2nd grey tank to the main sewer discharge as I really don't want to deal with using 3 hoses!

We look forward to seeing everyone soon rigs and mods.

1st trip of the year is memorial day to Jellystone in Quarryville PA.

Kids also think I am just buying a tent so when I come home Saturday they are going to be super excited

Thanks

Also welcome from New Jersey. I don’t think you need to worry about an additional sewer hose. Even the smaller toy haulers with two black tanks, and two grey tanks use a single outlet dump. The long ones above 38 feet tend to separate the two black tanks into different outlets creating the problems you describe(and I have). Unless you’ve verified differently, all your tanks likely drain from one sewer outlet.

Edit: you may want an additional length of sewer hose on hand to create additional length when necessary. Also a clear elbow between the hose and pipe is a good idea for verification the tanks are clean.

Enjoy the new trailer. It’s great fun. We just got our first trip of the season under our belts.
