My wife has a Resmed Airsense10. I was planning on purchasing a battery supply pack on amazon for $140.00 beats resmed price of 350.00. Would something like this provide power all night plugged into the 110 outlet to battery power pack. Any help or recommendations would be appreceiated.

Why not just instal a cigarette lighter socket at your bedside directly from the RV battery. Then buy an adapter from Respironics part #1097568. Much less expensive.

URL for the battery pack? How do you intend to charge it? Airsense10 without the humidifier uses about 1AH/hour at a setting of 12.5 according to one post I read. You will get either significantly less power usage with a lower pressure and significantly more power usage with a higher pressure.

Try searching on http://www.cpaptalk.com/CPAP-Sleep-Apnea-Forum.html, lots of battery discussions.
