The new 369BHS

Who owns one? how do you like it? I would really like to hear some first hand reviews on one before I commit to buying one.

110 people looked but no responses, well after reading and watching all I could about the 369bhs I bought one today. I should be picking it up this coming Wednesday. Hopefully it will be a good one. I will post more about it when I get it.

Welcome and congrats on buying your new Cougar. No responses may be because it's not a popular model. Personally, I like the layout with the rear bunkhouse and LR/dining seating on the entry side of the coach. Looks spacious. Love the decor.

I think most people are happy with their Cougars. Make sure the dealer performed a thorough PDI before your arrival. And give yourself 2-3 hours to do a service/self-directed walkthrough before signing the delivery paperwork. It's peace of mind.

Roger, what Buster^^^^said. BEFORE you sign the papers is the key phrase here. Two hours of looking things over AFTER your tech has shown you that everything works. And what's not to like about the RV? Great floor plan and it leaves the urchins at the far end of the trailer with their own entertainment center!

Congrats on the new Cougar! Still trying to figure out this new image posting stuff on here. I don't even see an option to post a thumbnail, and a search turned up nothing. Just transitioned from Photobucket, which apparently is no longer allowed on here. Good luck on flipping those thumbnails.

This model is a slightly tweaked version of the 336 bhs that many of us have on here. If you search 336bhs 95% of the comments will be relevant to your new unit. They mostly flipped the. Queen master bed sideways and made the fridge a double side by side. Otherwise same unit. Only thing I don’t like about the new model is to can’t access the fridge with the slide in. That is super handy going down the road when you want a quick pit stop for a beverage. They also improved the bike hitch which sucked on the old model. You will love it

We brought it home today, looking forward to loading it up tomorrow. Just ordered my goosebox setup so I will be looking forward to putting that on.

We purchased the same model last fall. We have only had it out a couple of times but so far have not had any issues. The layout works for us since the kids have their own room. There is the downside of having to open the slides to access the fridge but that hasn't really been an issue so far. I can try to help with any questions but am still trying to learn the unit myself. We just picked up our 369BHS last weekend, and spent 3 days in it this weekend on our first ever RV trip at Ute Lake State Park in NE New Mexico. Had a great time! Was a learning experience for sure, and I have a lot more to learn. 3 main questions though!
1.) we got the optional Splendide washer dryer combo installed, and I made a mistake and drove off with a (thankfully dry) load of clothes in there. It’s now locked and I have no hookups at home. Is there any way to get them out with no power? I tried hooking it back up to the truck, didn’t work.
2.) The sink in the outdoor kitchen won’t drain. I looked in the 336 thread and it seems like the rear drain tube belongs solely to that sink but I can’t tell! (Sorry I’m a noob). Does anyone have detailed directions on how to use this correctly? I say detailed because i have no clue at all.
3.) Also, I guess the Grey 1 and Black tanks drain out of the same drain, how does the Grey 2 tank drain?

Thank you for the help!On 3. You'll need to crawl under and search for another drain and gate valve. May be hard to see and tucked away in a hard to reach spot. This is a WAG, as I dont have your trailer, but at least a starting point.

We have the same model. The outdoor kitchen drain is the one toward the rear. I changed the the cap for one you can hook a water hose to and just let it drain away from trailer. The only main problem I have had is the water in the island froze at about 22-24 degrees. Heat was on but it still froze, no damage though. I changed the outdoor Capital grill to a 2-burner stove. Our grandkids love the bunkroom. Enjoy your rig and happy camping.

The outdoor kitchen sink has its own drain pipe and no holding tank. There should be a gate valve under the rear bunk slide to open in order to drain the sink. As for the Grey tanks, the 2nd tank drain has a valve up under the kitchen slide to open it, it still drains into the same pipe as the other grey and black tanks do. Hopefully this makes sense.

Can you share what you changed the outdoor drill with? The model? Was it hard?

I don't remember the make or model. Measure the cut-out where the current grill is and search for one that will fit. I think a three burner will go in easier. I had to use a 1/8" piece of metal to cover the opening and make the cut-out to fit the new stove. I'll try to find the make I used and let you know.
