Hi all! We are trading in our 2011 Heartland North Trail 28BRS for a 2018 Keystone Cougar 29BHS. We fell in love with the floor plan and decided to get a little more luxurious than our current trailer.

Looking forward to getting involved in the forum!

Welcome to the forum. Great place to ask questions. Years of camping experience here. I’m fairly new here and have learned a lot just browsing. Enjoy your new rig.

We are still waiting on delivery. We were told that it will be built by 2 May and should be delivered 7-10 days later.

Thought I would update this thread with what happened for our trailer. At the end of March 2018, we ordered a 2018 Cougar 29BHS with the recliners and free-standing table and chairs and when we went to pick it up, we received a 2019 model. We were kind of surprised. The major changes we have found are that all items in the trailer, with the exception of the lights over the table, are controlled by the "In Command" system. For those that aren't tracking what it is, it is a centralized control system for the trailer that can also be connected to your phone via Bluetooth. We also noticed that the water heater was moved into the bottom of the main storage closet/pantry.

There might be a couple of other things that we missed, but we will find them out over time.
