Recently install this hitch, smooth no beating or bang side or side movement is better than I expected. It is a manual slider but have not needed to use yet.
Very pleased with the performance. Installed it in less than an hour simple as it gets for me anyhow just sharing.

I had the B&W gooseneck turn over already installed, hooks to the goose ball. You can view the hitch on the Blue Ox web page neat hitch and weight 216#.

I assume the installation to the goose ball is very much like the B&W Companion and the Andersen Ultimate, with a single bolt that pulls the ball up to the hitch (or hitch down to the bed) and a couple of stabilizer bolts from the side?

I has 2 horizontal and 1 on the top of the main body under the 5th wheel plate.
