Increased upload size

Would it be possible to increase size of files that could be uploaded? I wanted to upload a PDF file this morning and was unable to. The size allowed now is 19kb and I tried to upload a 48kb file. Somewhere in the area of 100kb could be useful to all members.

I will pass on your suggestion to our forum administrator to see if it is something that should be changed. Not sure if he is able to make that happen or if it is built into the forum software. I will send you a PM when I hear from him.
If this request is related to the downloading of User Manuals for use on the forum, it has been common practice to insert a link to that manual in the post rather than downloading it directly on the forum.
