Replacing slide out weatherstrip...

Hello all,
I have a 2007 Passport 280BH that I have had for the past 5 years. I have developed a leak in the slideout that drips out the front corner of the sofa:banghead:. I have found that the exterior weatherstrip on the slideout is dry rotted and spongy. Has anyone ever replaced this themselves? The weatherstrip looks like it under a metal moulding piece. How is this removed to put in new weatherstripping??

On ours the outside wheather striping is in a channel in the trim, just removed the top two corners and slid in the new seal.
HINT, push in don’t pull in! I ordered from local Keystone dealer for about $1.40 a foot, provided dealer VIN to be sure to get the correct seal.
