The problem is that no water will come out. All other faucets work properly. The outside shower worked the last time I used it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the forum! Could you provide a little more information? Did you winterize and are just starting to use the TT again? Check the quick on-off button on the handle itself. Also check for leaks on the inside where the shower is located. Let us know how youmake out.

Thanks. Yes it was winterized. I've winterized and de winterized several times. This is the only time this happened. There is no on off button on mine. A little antifreeze seeped out of the back side of the fitting that the hose fits in.

It may not be a button, some of them rotate the back of the head.

If I remember right, someone reported this a while back. They had not attached the hose all the way with the quick connect. Maybe try redoing it?

As previously stated if you have a quick connect on that outside shower, I would definitely would check that connector, these can be weird

I took the quick connect fitting off and behind that is a little plastic valve that was stuck shut. Opened that up and put it back together and it works fine. Thanks everyone for your help but

They actually come New now with instructions. To lightly tap the quick connect with a hammer and Tony screw driver to unstick it. I have to do mine virtually every time I take it out
