We've bought a park model & want to downsize to a smaller rv & smaller tow vehicle. Our current setup is too long/large for most state parks & where our son/grandkids live in the Seattle area state parks are plentiful, private parks to fit us don't exist.

Well, it's still available! We've had a lot interest, but no sale yet!
This is a great starter for a fulltimer or a great seasonal parked somewhere. Plus with all the options on this rv it's a bargain, at least in my opinion.
