Was wondering if anyone on here with this model of fuzion has put a 72 in wide can am x3 in their garage and what they needed to do to fit it. Remove tires or drive one side into the bathroom in the garage etc.

Is that the model RV you have or are you considering purchasing it based on whether or not the UTV will fit?

With a 12 foot garage and a ramp that is at least 7 feet wide you should have no trouble. My opinion based on the Impact I own made by Fuzion with the same garage.

Sounds good but your 312 doesn't have a 1/2 bath taking up space in the garage. That's why OP is asking ques.

Why does the diagram from Keystone show a 12 foot garage, but 1/3 of it is taken up by bathroom? Surely this is a misprint and there actually is a 12 foot garage.....
And if it actually is a 12 foot garage why wouldn't most ANY side by side fit?

Why do you think its a misprint, unless your being cynical, lol...several 5th wheel model toy haulers have the 1/2 bath extended into the garage.

The 414 bathroom definitely extends into the garage and takes up about 2 feet and about 1/4 the width of the trailer on the curb side so if you need 12 feet and 96 inches width, you are going to be out of luck.

I'm not sure where the "cynical" part came in, but if you look at the floor plan of the 414 without being familiar with it the appearance is that the 36" is taken up all the way across. Now I also see how one might back up to get some units in the garage.

That is the model I have. If I were purchasing right now I would have gone with the new fuzion 429. As you don’t run into this issue because the bathroom with tucked into the living space and the garage is 6 in longer. That would have been nice.

I guess cynical maybe wasn't the right word to use, just thought you was being funny thinking you knew the bathroom extended into the garage the way it does. Sorry! After going back and looking at the floor plan I can see how someone would think the room was all the way across the garage. I've looked at them for 2 yrs before I purchased mine so I was pretty familiar with understanding the floorplans. Again sorry for the cynical part!!

Yes, sometimes hindsight is 20/20. We had looked at the Raptor 425 but after some measuring decided it would be too tight trying to get 2 full size Harleys in there because of the bathroom in the garage. I guess some good measurements should tell you if you have room. Otherwise maybe making a dolly to carry the front end of your UTV while you take a wheel off if necessary.
I understand what your trying to do but I have no idea what kind of room you have to play with.

To cure the problem I’m going to get this down to my trailer. http://toyhaulerextensions.com/

That's interesting!! Looks like something a good sheet metal shop could do also! If on the website their pricing is too high that might be an alternative to check into possibly at a local shop. Another thought is to have them slope the top so it doesn't sit water.

That's good info but the difference being his 1/2 bath extends into the garage taking up some of the 12ft length and some of the 8ft width that he would have had on one like the model 420 mentioned.

Checked on the pricing on those, Not too bad I guess.

The 12" is $3495.00 and the 24" is $4,495.00 installed!

Yea it’s not too bad. Better than having to removed tires every time I load the x3. Definitely worth it.
