It's called a signature. Go to the USER CP (upper left of the screen in the black bar) and scroll down to Edit Signature. There's places to edit other stuff that you might want to fill in also.

If you look at the banner on the top, at the left end is “User CP” click on that and it will take you to a page that has a column on the left side. Scroll down to “settings and options”. You should see “edit your signature” click on that and fill out the information you want displayed. Don’t forget to click “SAVE CHANGES” when your done.
