Dometic AC Thermostat

I have a 2018 Montana with 2 Dometic AC's. My question is about the thermostats. While turning the temperature up or down I accidently did something to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius? How do I get it back to Fahrenheit? Thanks!

On my Dometic thermostat, you push the temp set buttons (+/-) at the same time to toggle between F/C. Yours may be the same.
