When you attach the cable to the proper connection on the outside of your rig do you then go inside and turn off the power booster (signal amplifier)? Almost all RV's have a signal amplifier installed to use with the antenna. In your RV it is probably located in the bedroom, on the wall where the coax comes out of the receptacle into the TV. This amp must be turned off when using cable.

The splitter is located behind the boater cover. You must also scan for cable channels on the tv jut like over the air signals.

Go to your TV settings select the cable input then on the cable input selection see if your TV request Airwaves or toe X I had to switch mine it had an option even though I chose the TV input I still had to switch the type of input within that parameter.

The booster switch is on a wall plate in a cabinet over the bed headboard on the drivers side. The LED should not be on for cable. Then perform the channel scan. If you have the same TV’s, be sure when scanning channels to select the cable option not over air. Also, if the TV’s haven’t changed since 2016, only the main TV(Samsung) can get the digital cable channels. The others only get analog. Check what the CG is supplying.

It was a bit earlier than 2016:

My fault I was unclear. The manufacturer of the newer TV’s being used in my bedroom, garage, and basement dropped support of digital qam. Analog will be detected and can be watched but only the Samsung still contains a digital qam tuner.

When we got our 325, cable didn't work. They told us the factory failed to hook it up to start with.
