View Full Version : Tire pressure: 80psi front, 55psi rear?

Just a quick reality check. Our 2001 3280RL Montana’s information plate says I should pump up the front tires to 80psi and the rear tires to 55psi. Typo? 55psi seems kinda low to me.

Oops, my bad. I read the wrong number. The pressure is printed off to the right and, sure enough, it’s 80psi. :facepalm:

No problem. I sort of figured there was a Kpa figure too.

Your OE tires were LT tires. The 235/85R16E sized ST tires were not being built in 2001. Keystone used a lot of LT tires then on 6000# axles. Missions from China and Michelin's Uniroyal's were the norm.
