We have just purchased a 2012 Passport 2650 Grand Touring model and I can't figure out how to access the back of the tv. I removed the mirror and the only access is at the very bottom of the tv. Not enough room to access the jacks to plug in other equipment. I'm trying to connect my satellite receiver and BluRay player. It is mounted in the small wall at the foot of the bed and swivels to view in living room or bedroom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely you just lift the TV straight up.

Try using a small flashlight and mirror to see behind it, or use a cell phone camera and take pictures behind there.

The mount is a fixed mount. It will not move at all, up, down or side to side. It's like they mounted the tv then built the frame around it. I can lift the frame, maybe an inch at most. I sent an email to Keystone and they just referred me to local dealers. I'm at a loss.

The mount itself is fixed to the wall. There will be a plate screwed into the back of the TV. They don’t build the cabinet around the TV.

Time for a light and mirror as suggested above. There may be a “travel lock” on the top of the bracket, but looking at the picture makes me think it’s the style that has 4 holes and the tv bracket has 4 “discs” that fit into the holes and lock when pressed down.

Is it by chance mounted from the back side, behind something?

Thanks for the feedback. So far I've not had any luck. I get the impression that the tv is mounted with fixed position mount. There I so little room on all 4 edges of the tv that I can only get a hold on the top edge of the tv. I've tried pulling out, lifting up and all without any movement. It's to the point that I'm afraid to use more force to get any movement. If there is anyone out there with a 2012 Passport Grand Touring 2650BH that has dealt with this problem, please let me know.:banghead:

Our Springdale had a swivel TV mount between the main cabin and the bedroom. It functioned the same as yours. On our TV mount, there was a string that hung down, just barely visible under the center of the TV. Pull that string and it unlocked the TV from the wall mount. You still had to lift up on the TV, but without pulling the string, it wasn't going anywhere.

Thanks, JRTJH. There is very little space between the bottom of the tv and wood frame. Maybe a 1/16", if that. I'm going to look at it again tomorrow before we leave for our group Halloween trip.

Either buy or find someone that has one of these that you can borrow. That way, you can get an eyeball on the back to see how it's attached.

that plugs into your smart phone and only costs $20?

Mine is similar to this. In the photo inside the left cabinet there is a pull chain that will unlock the swivel.
