Any reason why not on top? Your trailer may e pre wired and you usually can find roof top units on Craigslist or local campgrounds from abandoned trailers.

When I worked at a Starcraft dealership, they used “window” AC units in a lot of the smaller ones. Maybe look for a nearby dealer or contact Starcraft (Jayco).
