I was setting up a the campground this week when my landing gear quit. I remembered reading a post on this forum about there being an in-line fuse on the gear that protected the motor from over strain. Sure enough, I had blown that fuse. If I hadn't seen the earlier post, I would have been at a loss as to how to correct the problem. Thanks to all who contribute your wisdom to make camping better for all of us.

And as a follow up...check the top of the gear legs for zerk fittings. If you have them, search the internet for the lubing procedure and lube them.

Good advise, I will add the condition of the battery is also an often times forgotten. Low voltage= high amps.
