Furrion Gas Oven Problem

We bought a new 2017 3401RS Alpine in June. The thermostat in the Furrion gas oven was not even close to the correct temperature and would not hold a constant temp no matter what temp you set. I contacted Furrion support to see if it could be adjusted, but they said no, but they would send me a complete new oven at no charge, no hesitation. We just got and installed it and the new one works great. What a refreshing experience. I have become an avid Furrion supporter.

Did they send it YOU directly, or to the dealer? I have had nothing but problems with the one in my new 2019 Alpine 3700FL since day one. I am quite a ways a way from the dealership so I would prefer to do it myself if they would let me. I am quite handy with things like that. Just wondering...…..
