I have a cargo door with rotten plywood. Looks like the seam on the edging should have been on the bottom but it is on the top. Another example of Keystone engineering. Has anyone ever replaced the plywood in the door. I am wondering if would be possible to remove the plywood from the exterior gelcoat layer. Anyone done this???

No more expensive as the doors are on ebay, look and see if you can just find a replacement unless you have full body paint or something.
