Experienced camper here. Just upgraded to a 2018 Cougar 34tsb this weekend. CW walk through guy knew less about campers than my 11yr old. Manual is generic and useless. Hoping someone can explain my dump stations better. I only see 2 pulls (in pic) and I have 2 tubes. No stickers indicating which is which. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170911/e510f5dcda2e5aac21d7465f6eda6d9e.jpg

Curious George couldn't hurt it by pulling and watching to see what happens.

I did but left handle emptied soapy water, top handle emptied soapy water. No black water came out of either tube

More info always helps :). The board will likely tell you to look for a third tee handle somewhere.

How many holding tanks is your trailer supposed to have? If it's three, you have another pull somewhere. If you look back through the threads already here, many folks have had the same issue, and you'll see that they have to do some real searching to find the third pull. You'll have to look carefully. It is possible that the handle and shaft are missing (happens a lot unfortunately), but there will be an obvious place where it should be.

If the walk-through PDI guy was useless, call the dealership and speak to a manager. After you explain how unhelpful he was, ask if they can give you a specific location for the third pull. If that is unproductive, call Keystone.

One other option is to drop the black darco and peek up in there.

Hoping someone with same camper can point me in the right direction.

Hoping someone with same camper can point me in the right direction. Let's start all over. First off welcome and the forum looks forward to you introducing yourself. As mentioned by another member there could be a third handle then there could be none at all. It's nut's to understand how these trailer get plumbed. There could also be a single sink that drains into the black tank. Yep  About the Curious George metaphor. You may have taken it the wrong way since your already upset with what happened with your orientation. I assure you that George is in a positive fashion because he is smart because he never gives up and always gets it right. Just like you will, you'll see. :)

Looking at the specs for your trailer you have a 30 gallon black tank and two 30 gallon grey water tanks. This indicates that there will be a third valve under there. Most likely it will either be just in front of or between the two tires on the driver side of the trailer.

As for which handle is which about the only real indicator you'll see is that the black tank generally is plumbed with a 3-inch pipe, some of the gray water especially those that come from the shower are also 3 inch. Generally speaking the pipe from the kitchen sink or galley will be an inch and a half pipe and will be tee'd into one of the other three inch pipes... after the valve.

In your pass thru~~ is there a small storage place on the street side that is in the floor that lifts to open? Found them there in a Cougar in the past.

Another likely spot for your third handle is directly BEHIND the two tires on the street side. Looking at your photo, just behind those two tires is probably where it is. And like was mentioned, welcome to the forum. All will end well, you'll see. You have good help in the Kansas city area.

Thanks for all the help. Pretty sure I got it figured out. Only 2 pull handles. Just wish I didn't have to switch sewer hose while dumping. Guess I'll have to purchase a Y connector.

I believe on that Cougar you have three holding tanks, one black and two grey. Only one pull valve for the two grey's?
And how about that "free" offer, huh? See, I told you things would be good!
