Preparing to put up our 2014 Keystone Bullet Premier RBPR 22' for sale and of course it has the "faded" front cap. How much do you think that would diminish the price? It will sell fully loaded with as many bathroom, kitchen, dining and bedding supplies you'd need. How much would that add?

This is our first and only RV so I'm not sure of the resale value with these conditions.

Thanks for the help!

I think the resale value on any RV sucks unless you find the right person. Unfortunately any buyer is going to fixate on the faded cap and offer you less that your asking.

I personally don't think I'd pay any more for the supplies...if they aren't new my wife wouldn't use them. I'd think at most they're make the deal sweeter but not offset the effect of the front cap. Any buyer who finds the supplies important probably has a limited budget and that will be reflected in the offer.

Just my 2 cents.

Is there the equivalent of a KBB for RV's?

Yes, NADA has an RV section located here: http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs

Don't start on the "START HERE" yellow button, scroll down a bit and select the type of RV you want to value. That will save you quite a bit of "advertising/sales help" before you get to the "real valuation" of your RV.

A few of them are listed for more than we paid for ours, brand new :)
