I rolled up my antenna in my driveway the other day and was able to get 53 channels. At the campsite cant get any. Is it possible the trees are obstructing the signal? Any pointers on how to get the most out of the digital antenna?

Wineguard makes an attachment for about $30 that will help as well.

How hard is this to install? I'm planning to grab one on my travels (Monday) and have a ladder with me, but is it easy to do or should I wait until I'm home and have all my tools?

GMcKenzie, Howdy;

Shouldn't take more than 5 - 10 minutes, depends on where your ladder is...

Crank-up antenna...see how the holes in the wingman matchup to the feet on the bottom of the antenna.

Remove the feet that match the holes (I was able to do it with my fingers, could use a pair of pliers), and use the push-in screw looking fasteners to secure the wingman (again, I used my fingers, you may wish to use the pliers... again), ...

Put the old feet in your pocket for proper disposal, climb down and put ladder away...
yer done!

Think it took me longer to type this (2 finger method), then it does to do the job...:D
