Dometic thermostat C to F adjustment

Anyone know how to adjust this Dometic thermostat from Celsius to Fahrenheit? Ours is a touch pad with a mode button and up and down arrows.

Anyone else? Its a Dometic Capacity Touch unit and have looked all weekend on line for a manual but no luck. Tried everything above and no luck either. Dealer wants me to bring the trailer back up to their shop just to look at it...what a pain.

I just touch them at the same time for a second.Yep... DW seems to switch them randomly in passing... I've gotten pretty good at switching 'em back...

Late to this thread but THANK YOU. Tripped mine into celcius. Wish they put a little C and F on the display.

Thanks to you folks on the thread. Mine just did the switch 1st time this morning. I followed your temp buttons touch & put it back.
