I just want to be sure I'm on the right track. Ever since we bought our camper it has shown one third in the freshwater tank. I have sanitized it and made sure that it is drip-dry. It still shows 1/3 full. My thought is since it is a freshwater tank there is nothing to be in the tank that should contaminate the sensors. How hard is it to pull the bottom and find the tank and check the sensors? And what am I looking for? Thanks for any help.

Shouldn't be difficult. The fresh tank will probably be the only white tank. Look for the sensors and the sensor "pack". It's probably a KIB brand and will be red with 4 wires. If all 4 wires are secured to the sensors then most likely the sensor pack has gone bad. Cheap enough to replace.

If you take a jumper wire and connect the bottom sensor one the side by itself and one of the others on the other side, it should show that corresponding amount. Doesn't always work that way on fresh tanks if the board is updated. You need a resistor in the jumper to see 1/3, 2/3, and full.

If the other tanks read correctly and all the sensor wires are secured to the fresh tank, I would change the sensor pack.
