Hi everyone or anyone ,
We own a 2013 Keystone Montana model 3625RE and I am trying to find out where my power converter that recharges my 12v battery is located so I might check it to insure that it is functioning correctly . Please does anyone have the correct answer ???? Thanks!

Your converter is located behind the louver vents in the electric panel that has your 120 volt breakers and 12 volt fuses. In the fuse panel, there will be some brown fuses off to one side that are reverse polarity fuses that protect the converter against the accidental wrong battery connections. If any of these are blown, your converter will not be operating properly. This is the link for the manual: http://www.progressivedyn.com/pdfs/110030%20English.pdf

Real SIMPLE test:
Plug the shore power cord in
Use a volt meter on the battery(s)
Anything over 13VDC means it's working.

If it fails then start looking for a battery disconnect that is possibly switched, then start looking for the converter.

Yeah, my converter is also located behind my fuse panel in my Passport. Good luck.
