Tail Light License plate Holder

Saw an old tread from 2103, and it seems the same plastic holders are used today.

My license plate bracket broke on the right side, leaving no way to attach the plate. Does anyone know where the whole tail light mount / license plate holder can be had that is metal instead of plastic?

I ordered a plastic one - second question is what type of sealant is recommended?
