New to this forum, I own a 2015 Keystone Passport 2400BH. Unfortunately the reason I joined this forum is to look for answers. Bought this thing new in 15, and have had a number of issues. Most recently my slide which stutters and jumps when it's being run out, or in. In the shop for 9 days, they were unable to get it to perform correctly. I also have what looks like dents in on the front of the camper at the top. Nothing has hit it, sits on my property, is stored inside in the winter. I'm told that most folks think that the "dents" are do to the heat. Keystone doesn't want to talk about it.

Welcome to the forum from Kansas City, MO! Glad you're here!

Do a search on slide jumping. There are st least two threads that talk about this.

Apply a liberal amount of baby powder to the slide seals, both sides and especially the bottom wear bar. Guaranteed fix.

Baby powder did not fix mine. We had to take more extreme measures. OP needs to clean the seals and underside of the slide thoroughly and dry. Then try the baby powder. If that doesn't work let us know. Be sure and watch the edges of the seals for wear. If the bottoms of the seals are covered with Darco it can begin to wear quickly then you have other issues.

In regards to "I also have what looks like dents in on the front of the camper at the top" Check your seals on the roof. This has happened to several of these and its due to the sealant cracking and letting water in. I was told there is no support where the roof and the front cap comes together, seals crack, leak and causes unseen water damage.
