Adding Friends

Is there a way to add friends to a list of some sort? Or maybe a way to follow users? Thanks.

If your using Tap-a-talk you can follow someone who is also using that app.

If you click on another members user name and choose "View public profile", once there you will see on the right side, a list of "friends" and the option to befriend them.
