New Summerland 202QBWE. What is the main cause for these sound and what have you or your dealer done to quit these sounds ? I do realize the axles are fighting one another when turning but the noise is excessive in my opinion. Is it lack of grease somewhere, bushing issue's if any, lack of sliders between the leaf's. Thanks ahead of time.

Even if you upgrade to a heavy duty greasable shackle kit, upgraded equalizer, you still have a lot of parts moving, in addition to the sounds of the electric brakes operating that you will not be able to stop. I wouldn't worry about the sounds, but an upgraded shackle kit is a big plus that will prevent a lot of wear. just sit next to a driveway in a busy park and listen to all the rigs pulling in and out, and you will hear all of them making the same sounds.

The sounds could also be coming from the hitch system. Both areas can be noisy during hard turns. And look at those 4 tires, all those tires sticking out this way and that. You would think they are going to break the wheel or blow the tire off the rim. Yeah, that it is normal.

I should have worded my concern's more clearly. As you mentioned above, the sounds are normal but to my ear's it's at the point that wear is more the concern than the sound it's self. All noise never can be removed 100%.

It was something to see the tire's camber in opposite direction's on either side. If I could have without being ran over I would have liked to see the axle's bow while this happen's. It's all part of this configuration.

You can upgrade the shackles to "wet bolts". The plastic factory bushings are removed and brass ones are installed. Then the bolts are replaced with bolts that have grease fittings on them to lube the bushings.

The center link can be replaced with a link that has rubber bushings.
