Domestic furnace will not turn on. 2013 Montana

2013 Montana 5 Th Wheel. Heat will not turn on.
When I touch the on button, nothing happens. We have never had this problem before.No lights ,nothing.

Your furnace and lights are 12v - check the charge/condition of your battery.
Do you have a battery disconnect switch? really need more info - are you connected to shore power?

Sounds like you have no 12 VDC. If connected to shore power make sure 110 VAC breaker is on for the converter. If not connected to shore power 12 VDC comes from your battery, as stated make sure Battery Disconnect switch is in correct position (on) which will connect your battery to power distribution panel
