334FWFLS furnace under sink. anybody every have to have one worked on and what was done to access and remove to repair. Will not fire up, thermostats runs and times out. Access is poor to say the least.

Mine is also under the kitchen sink, service is done with the furnace removed.

Depends on what brand of furnace. One brand pulls out from the exterior wall, and the other comes out of the box from inside. I've worked on both, and while I prefer the exterior access, the interior access isn't all that bad.

What has to be removed to get to the furnace? Acessability is like zero.

Most likely there is a panel with open slots, held in at the sides with square head screws. Then you'll see the furnace "box". Take the rear plate off, disconnect the gas line AFTER turning off the propane at the tanks. You'll have some wires that will need to be disconnected. MARK them so it's easy to put back together correctly.

Probably one screw at the center that holds the furnace assembly in, remove it and pull out.
