No power

I am not getting any 12 volt battery power brand new batteries and I am not getting any shore power. I am getting 12 volts when plugged into my truck. Never had any issues before was going to try and go camping first time this year but I am working this problem please help. 2007 Keystone raptor

Is your battery disconnect in the off position? Are the new batteries hooked up correctly? Black is positive and white is negative. Did you check the reverse polarity fuzes?

I just found the problem I had a bad ground cleaned it up and tightened it back up and now it is ok, Thanks I am glad it wasn't something expensive.
