I was looking at a 2018 Passport 239ML and noticed that there was no Radio/CD/DVD player as in most travel trailers. This had a small panel with USB and HDMI receptacles. Does anyone know anything about these?

The few I just "googled" show a Furion multimedia player (https://hwhrv.com/new-2018-keystone-passport-239ml/KPT1847) above the dinette table. Are you looking at a specific dealer's inventory? Or just online?

It was on a dealer's lot. I saw the panel but didn't think too much about it at the time, but realized later that it wasn't the normal entertainment center.

Intetesting, I highly doubt a 2018 model would not have a cheap car type radio in it. Like where is the woofer this may be where is the radio :facepalm:

You pretty well nailed it, this looks like the one we saw. It was covered partially with the plastic protective strip. It doesn't appear to have a DVD/CD player built in. https://www.furrion.com/store/audiovisual/entertainment-systems/dv7100-series-entertainment-system-p-896.html
