Recommend/Opinions on FH campgrounds in the Cripple Creek/Cannon City City area

We've narrowed our destination choices the the Cripple Creek/Cannon City Colorado area and are looking for recommendations for Full-Hookup campgrounds for the first three of four nights of August. As important which ones to avoid.

Lots of nice places to stay in Canon City. I've stayed at the Starlite Classic Campground and will be staying at the Royal Gorge KOA in September. Though I've never stayed at the Mountain View RV Resort I've driven by it and it looks nice.

In Cripple Creek I've stayed at the KOA. it is nice.

In cripple creek co there is only one park big enough for my 311 impact , that is the koa north of town. Will be there august 17 for POWMIA rally . There is state park nearby winter haven co the last I heard the dump station was closed.
