Bought this Cougar 32RBK a couple weeks ago with known floor damage. No leaks from outside, all damage was from within. Found toilet flush valve was leaking. Here is the picture story.

And no the new linoleum is not factory. Found it at a local carpet store. Matches the counter tops pretty darn close.
