2012 Cougar 325 SRX Tie Downs

Does any one have an idea what the load capability is for the Cougar 325 SRX garage tie downs? I am considering the use of a winch to assist in loading my GL1800 GoldWing. The bike weighs in at about 950 (under the load capacity of the garage) and I want to use one of the tie downs as the anchor for the winch.

From the Keystone manual available online:

"Loading Equipment The loading equipment furnished with your trailer is the ramp door and the tie down attachment points in the cargo area floor. The rated capacity of the ramp door is 3000 pounds. Each tie down D-ring attachment is rated at 1,500 pounds. Typically no tie down straps, cables, hooks, chains, wheel chocks, blocks, etc. are supplied with your trailer."

I'd use 2, not one, D ring.
