Thermostat issues

I've got a new Bullet Premier 24RKPR and the thermostat toggles back and forth from Fahrenheit to Celsius, does this happen to you?

I haven't figured out how to toggle it back and forth and no manual was provided.

Any ideas for how to get it back to Fahrenheit, or should I just learn to do the C to F conversion in my head?

Does your thermostat look like mine?

If so, when it is in the "Off" mode you can press either the "+" (plus) or "-" (minus) button to display the current temperature. While the current temperature is displayed you can press both buttons simultaneously and it will change the display from "C" to "F" or vice-versa.
