New 2016 raptor 422sp. First weekend using the water tank and pump. It seems like the pump never turns off. Previous camper it would turn on and off when water was being used. I have heard it constantly staying on can mean there is a water leak, but i cannot find one anywhere.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Two things to check first.

Make sure there is no air in the system. Go around to each faucet and toilet and let them run until steady flow of water. Then if the pump doesn't shut off, then follow the sound and locate the pump. probably behind a panel. make sure all the fittings are tight and if it has a winterizing hose with a vave make sure its in the correct position.

Maybe also check the outside shower valves as well. Just a thought.

Are you boondocking or connected to water source? My 352TS did it too when I had the tank fill power fresh on fill.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170528/c427b497aeb3f5b3c6f22dba91a073ed.jpg

Boondocking. I had the switch on fill. Pump seemed to turn off when i moved it to normal flow

I had this happen on my old trailer. Turned out to be an inline filter on the pump was loose and sucking air. I pulled the panel off to winterize and finally found it. It was still connected but loose. It did not leak water. It would suck water but also sucked air. Pump did not run all the time but did run for quite a while after closing a faucet and there was air in the system every time I turned on a faucet. May not be your issue but a possibility.

Make sure your valve in the utility bay is set to city water and not tank fill.
