2016 Outback, no AC

Brand new 2016 Outback 276UBH, tried to fire up the AC, nothing. Checked the circuit breaker, not tripped. Short of dragging it back out to the dealer, anyone have any simple suggestions? I was getting 116volts at the hookup on shore power. Should have been enough to kick it on. GFCI not tripped. Heat works, fan works, just the compressor will not kick on.

When you say the fan works I am assuming you are talking about the AC fan?? If that's the case, what is the ambient temp? I see you're in MA so I assume it's pretty cold. Is it so cold that the AC won't kick in? Was it checked on your PDI? Did it work then or has it ever worked??

What temp do you have the thermostat set at? What is the outside temperature? Looks like yesterday was around 79? Did you have the thermostat set to cool or auto? Lots of questions, sorry for that. Just want to help if I can.
