Keystone's wheel torque sequence is in the Owner's manual on page 24 (2015 edition). It's a three step sequence for the initial torque 20, 55, 110 (so the wheel is centered on the lugs and properly positioned) then during the first travel with the newly torqued wheels, retorque to max torque (110) at 10 miles, 25 miles and at 50 miles.

Although this seems "intensive" and is probably not followed "to the letter" by any of us, torqueing in the increasing steps and then a followup at about 50 miles is "wise to follow"...

Most of us also check torque each morning before towing. After several "morning checks" some of us stop checking as frequently, some of us continue every morning....

You can download the 2015 manual at the Keystone website if you don't have it in your trailer.
