2016 cougar warranty issues

I have a 2016 30rli cougar tt that developed a shudder when slides were extended/retracted. Keystone authorized camping world to install 3 rollers under the 2 opposing slides that actually raised the slides 3/8" which created a space between the slide floor and the trailer floor. When we used the dining area the floor rocks on the rollers and spills liquids in cups and glasses. Been round and round with Keystone who say this normal after the rollers are installed. Aggrevating when we use dining area. Any ideas how we can resolve this?

Sorry your first post has to be a negative one. If rollers were installed that lifted the room 3/8" off the floor, then I would say they were installed wrong or the wrong rollers were used. Make sure you DOCUMENT everything. Take pictures and talk to Keystone again. Explain the issue with pictures and be sure to tell them how the floor sat BEFORE the rollers. I cant buy the "its normal after rollers" explanation.
