Hello everyone

From Ontario here and we have a new to us 2013 Cougar Xlite 28rbs. Towing with a 2016 Ford f150 supercrew. Only purchased trailer at the end of september so weve only gotten to use it 2 weekends back in October and 1 week in Myrtle Beach during march break. So far were very happy with the Cougar and the f150 tows it flawlessy

Welcome! We have friends that live in Guelph. We have traveled in your area a few years ago before we acquired our 5vr. Hope to make it back that way.

Welcome to the forum from Southern MD. Sounds like you are having a good time with your rig. We sometimes camp at the KOA in Fredericksburg VA and often see people from Ontario on their way to the beach when they overnight there. Have you ever stopped there on your trip?

Been to Niagara Falls a few times. Have friends and relatives in New Hamburg and Georgian Bay (Honey Harbour). Long drive for 2 old seniors.

Welcome and enjoy your RV. In your area when we travel to Minnesota.
We were in Myrtle Beach in Feb and March - Myrtle Beach Travel Park - great campground.

We havent stayed there yet. On our way down this year we just stopped at the pilot in wythville to sleep for a few hrs. Have heard Fredericksberg is nice though. Weve stayed at a few KOAs in the past and enjoyed them. Wilmington NY KOA near Lake Placid is our favourite one so far.

We stayed at Pirateland and enjoyed it alot. I dont think id want to stay in any of them during peak season though. From what ive heard they are all packed during the summer.

We have stayed at MB travel park and Apache CG during the summer when we took our children or grand children down there. They are packed! Most of the time we stay in off-season. This year was the first time we stayed for and extended time. We wanted to get away from the snow and cold for a few months. We are going back next year in Feb and March. We will pull the RV down in Oct-Nov and have it stored until we arrive in Feb. We did that this last year too - was nice not to have to to the RV through the snow in NY and PA.

We have stayed at the 100-acre Woods section of the North pole resorts in Wilmington, NY.

We stay at the Americamps CG (KOA and Good Sam) north of Richmond (Ashland, VA) on the way down to MB and stay at Candy Hill CG (Winchester, VA) or Jellystone CG (Hagerstown, MD) on the way home.
Americamps and Jellystone have allot of pull through sites but Candy Hill has only a few pull throughs.

Not sure what route you take to MB - If you like beer there is a brewery across the road from the Americamps CG - Center of the Universe Brewing Company

Another topic - do you go to the races at Watkins Glen. My grandson and I camp at the track for the 6 hour race in June. Used to go to the Vintage Cup and camp too. For the Nascar Race we camp at Sampson State park - too crazy at the track during Nascar weekend.

Have still not made it to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park track - heard it is a good one. The same cars that run at the Glen during the 6 hour race go to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park the following weekend.

No, during our visit the Ferrari club of America had taken over the track , and most of the town lol. Never seen so many Ferraris in one weekend before.
