What us the weight limit for the rear bumper ? Can I install a bumper mounted bicycle rack and haul 2 bicycles on it? And if so do I need to remove the spare tire that is mounted on the bumper?

I wouldn't put them on the bumper. You could have a bracket or receiver welded to the frame but the bumper itself is pretty fragile. I'm sure it doesn't have a load rating over a couple hundred pounds and you have the spare - which you need. Plus, the weight of the bikes bouncing and pulling over the highway will fatigue the bumper and something will give; I've seen one broken with the bicycles hanging at about a 45 degree angle - looked dangerous to me.
