The camper is home and I was attempting to use the wireless remote that comes with the camper to control the stabilizer pads, two front jacks, slides, awning, etc.

I replaced the battery today because it was giving me fits. Now, all it does is just turn on a green back light when hitting the power button. The LED light button works on the remote. Cannotation see any words or selections though.

Thoughts?

Keystone uses about 8 different remote control systems. What trailer and which remote control do you have? A picture of the remote would be a tremendous help.

We have a 2014 montana high country 338 DB. There is no writing on the controller itself.

That is the same remote I have on my Cougar. When I first turn it on, it takes about 15 or 20 seconds to "boot up" before anything happens. There is some support documentation on the Lippert website: http://www.lci1.com/support-center/ On the right side of the screen you'll find a directory. The remote units are listed under "electronics" then under "wireless transmitters and receivers".

Here is the link to the actual remote you have (I think): http://www.lci1.com/assets/content/support/technical-information-sheets/Electronics/TI___091_Digital_Wireless_System_With_LCD_Remote1. pdf

ADDED: Are you sure you replaced the battery with the correct type? It is supposed to be a CR2 lithium battery +3 volts. There are a couple other batteries that are the same size but different voltages.

Have you tried just hitting the select and up button simultaneously to see if the menu comes up by chance?

Go to the Lippert link that's in my previous post, along the top bar is one tab titled "STORE". Click on that and look for the appropriate remote control, or go to the bottom of that link and click on "CONTACT US". You'll get the phone numbers to call Lippert. Discuss your problem with their tech services and/or get information on where to purchase a new device. Good Luck !!!

Where do I find replacements??

I have the same model of Lippert remote, and I had to replace ours - when the dummy me left it on the truck bumper when hooking up, and then proceeded to run over it cracking the screen. At the time 3 years ago, I was fortunate to find one on eBay or about $30. I looked again today to help out, and unfortunately, I can't one, either on eBay or the Lippert site. If I remember correctly, I think it was about $120 on the Lippert site at the time. I would contact them directly, and see if they can assist and the if you have to, buy one from them.
