I made this rack from 1" square tubing and mesh, the bike rack is easily removable, it drops into a square tube welded to the frame and has the slide lock buttons you depress to release it. This has been great for fuel cans or other things I don't want inside. The bikes dance around much less up here than at the back of the trailer.

You noticed the groceries. Yes I was right in the middle of that job when I remembered I wanted to take that picture. I did get back on task before my diversion was noticed.
