Finally got my camp chairs today. Kudos to Keystone and my dealership Bayou Outdoor Supercenter for correcting all of my warranty issues to my satisfaction as well as getting me all the items owed to me. It took awhile to get the chairs, but they were worth the wait. If you don't get satisfaction from your dealer, call Keystone, if that doesn't satisfy you, email them. Its what I did, and a few days later I was emailed by someone with Keystone. 5 days later the chairs arrived.
