Have had my travel trailer only a few months and still trying to absorb all the things I should do to protect my investment. As for the roof maintenance I understand it is my responsibility to inspect the roof on a regular basis. I was told at the dealership the day it was picked up not to walk on the roof on if I did try to stay on the supports. That scares me thinking I have to inspect it but don't get up on it. For those that may have same issue what do you do?

You can use a ladder to inspect much of the roof. For the rest you can get some rigid 3" styrofoam insulation to help spread your weight. Welcome to the forum. Enjoy your new rig.

Welcome to the forum from Radium Hot Springs BC.
I thought my 2013 Cougar did not have a walk on roof because no ladder on the back. I contacted Keystone with my VIN and indeed my TT has a walk on roof. Dealer said no. I have read on this site that no rear ladders are installed is because of a liability issue.
