Hello all!!!! Look forward to the amount of great information that I will be able to glean from the community.

My wife and I have ordered an Alpine 3401RS from a local dealer. Hope to have it by the end of February.

We have a purchased a lot in an RV community in Auburn, Alabama where we are going to permanently setup the fifth wheel. The community has nice lots with large cement driveways, grassy area, water, power, and sewer. We spent a lot of time at Auburn University for football and gymnastics.

We also have a teardrop that we utilize for our camping trips. :jump:

I will post pictures of my Alpine once I have them.:applause:

Welcome! I hope you enjoy your new rig and campground. We are looking at moving to Atlanta very soon, so I'll be looking for some good camping spots.

Welcome WAR eagle from a metro Atlanta resident. Auburn is not too far a pull from here.
We always wave when we pass by. Let me know if you want some info on Local Ga CGs.
its good to be in Atlanta around football season...

WDE!!!! Our primary use for the RV is for visiting Auburn and appreciating college sports!!

What are some good camping spots in the south part of the state for our Teardrop? Don't know much about the coast area any campground down that way?

WDE!!! We live downtown in Virginia Highlands and love Taco Mac for watching sports.

No room for a rv which is why we have our teardrop for camping. I love the fact we can take off at a moment's notice to get away from the city. What are some of your favorite GA CGs? I listed three of mine above...

I like red top, any CoE on lake Lanier and Alatoona camp grounds. Can't go wrong with Stn MTN either

I have really enjoyed Lake Jackson in Florala, Isaac Creek, and Meaher State Park in Daphne. Only downside to Isaac Creek is it's not full hookup, other than that it's great! All are state parks, other than Lake Jackson. It was taken over by the city.
