I have 2 drains located under my 2016 Alpine 3011RE, one is located beside my spare and the other is in the middle center just behind axle... I was told by dealer that the center middle drain was the fresh tank drain but never heard what the one at spare tire controlled... Anyone know ???

Not a clue. Live dangerously: pull the valve handle and see what happens.

If you have the Fridge with the icemaker. My guess would be that it is the low point drain for winterizing it. It should be generally under your sink. Good luck.

My guess is that wen you say Drain it is a twist valve and the one center of the axles is likely a fresh water drain and the other should be low point drain.

My Alpine 3101 has a drain near the axles. This drains the ice maker in the fridge. The other drain at the back of the RV near the spare tire is the drain for the fresh water tank.

Johnnypt63 just in case you have not seen the other tap in the ice maker water line, mine has a tap under the island sink which shuts off the water to the ice maker in the fridge.

Didn't know about that one... THANKS We are headed out this weekend for the madden voyage and never had an Icemaker before. Once we get plugged into shore power do you keep your inverter on for the frig or is the inverter only used to keep frig on going down the Exp way ???

I only turn the inverter on when I am traveling. Keeps the fridge cold as if it was plugged to shore power. Once I plug into shore power I turn the inverter off.

I have not dry camped in this RV but I understand that the inverter will run the fridge from the batteries for about 24 hours. Like I said I have not tried that out.

I know you will really enjoy this first trip with your Alpine. They are a great RV.

Have a safe trip.
