MorRyde Basement Cargo Tray

We have a 26X90 Mor-Ryde cargo tray to put in the our basement. We have 1x4 to raise it up so it will clear the lip of the basement. What is the best way to attach it floor of the basement?

When we install them in motor homes, we through bolt them. You might have to open up the coroplast on each side to reach the bolts to put a lock washer and nut, or a nylon insert nut.
